Transporting us to Spain, this is a delicious and easy tapa to have on a sunny Friday afternoon.
Makes tapas for two
Ingredients;
2 slices of sourdough
1 tomato
1 garlic clove
Dash of olive oil
Sprinkle of salt
Method
Grill bread in olive oil
Rub bread with a garlic clove
Grate tomato and spoon on top of bread, dicing left over tomato skin to add on top
Drizzle over a little more olive oil + sprinkle with salt.
