This yeast is perfect for baking a whole range of breads.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water at 35°C. Stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes. It can be useful to add a dash of sugar or honey to help to activate the yeast.
The quantity of yeast required will vary according to the recipe as well as the baking process. The recommended levels are 1-2% for based on flour weight. 1 Tbsp (7g) is the equivalent to what would be one sachet in some recipes
