Quinoa is gluten free, high in protein, has a low GI and is a great source of dietary fibre. It also contains lots of minerals including calcium and magnesium, as well as antioxidants, vitamins and anti-inflammatory ‘phytonitrients’.
Verstile in the kitchen, use our quinoa in salads, buddha bowls, burger patties, as a side instead rice. Add it to soups, stews and baking for added mositure, texture and nutrition. Superboost your morinings with quinoa porridge or try half oats, half quinoa.
